When creating a new case or editing an existing one, you can edit the following parameters:

 

•Designer label - caption that will be displayed in the workflow designer.

•User action text - text that appears on the button that selects this case when approving the document in CMS Desk.

•User action tooltip - text that will appear when user hovers the mouse over the button.

•Condition - macro condition based on which a user will be offered to choose the case.
